Effective June 2, 2026. Gateway Match is an inventRight platform. This policy explains the core privacy practices for users, invited companies, and inventRight staff workflows.
What we collect
Gateway Match collects account details, role and eligibility information, company profile details, category interests, listing content, sell sheets, upload metadata, billing status, and support or access-request messages needed to operate the platform.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate users, review and publish listings, invite and manage companies, route information requests, send transactional email, provide subscription workflows, improve product quality, and produce inventor analytics.
Service providers
Gateway Match uses trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, email, file storage, analytics, and payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the platform.
Sell sheets and confidential materials
Sell sheets and listing materials are handled as platform-submitted materials for review and company discovery. Users should only upload materials they are authorized to share through Gateway Match.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while accounts, listings, subscriptions, operational records, or legal obligations require it. Listings may be hidden or removed after cancellation, ineligibility, moderation, or a verified deletion request.
Security
Gateway Match uses role-based access, authenticated routes, protected uploads, and environment-managed credentials. No internet platform can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their own credentials and report suspicious activity.
