Effective June 2, 2026. Gateway Match is an inventRight platform. These terms summarize the rules that govern use of the product. They are not a substitute for any separate written agreement, NDA, licensing agreement, or program agreement signed with inventRight.
Platform purpose
Gateway Match is operated by inventRight to help Gateway alumni inventors present product ideas to approved companies. Access is limited to invited or approved users, and accounts may be suspended when activity does not align with the platform's purpose.
Accounts and eligibility
Inventor access is intended for Gateway alumni or users approved by inventRight. Company access is invite-only or manually approved. Users are responsible for keeping account details accurate and for safeguarding login credentials.
Confidentiality and non-circumvention
Listings, sell sheets, company activity, requests, and private account information are shared for evaluation inside Gateway Match only. Companies agree not to bypass inventRight, contact inventors directly about listed ideas, or use submitted materials outside the intended review and introduction flow.
Listings and submitted materials
Inventors retain ownership of their ideas and submitted materials. By publishing a listing, inventors grant Gateway Match and inventRight a limited right to host, display, review, and route the listing to approved companies and staff for platform operations.
Information requests
Company requests for additional information route through inventRight. Gateway Match does not guarantee that a listing will receive interest, that a request will become a deal, or that any specific company will participate.
Subscription billing
Inventor listings remain active for the duration of an eligible paid subscription or approved launch offer. Listings may be paused, hidden, or removed after cancellation, non-payment, or account ineligibility.
Acceptable use
Users may not scrape the platform, share account access, upload unlawful or misleading content, attempt to reverse engineer protected workflows, or use Gateway Match to harass, spam, or bypass the inventRight-mediated relationship model.
Updates and contact
inventRight may update these terms as Gateway Match evolves. Continued use of the platform after posted updates means the user accepts the updated terms.
